My decision to purchase a bike from Ascent Cycles was partly due to the quality of the Trek Fx 3, but a lot had to do with the knowledge and assistance of Levi. He was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes, and found the perfect bike for me. I visited two other shops before coming to Ascent, and this was a bike differentiator.
There were some scratches on my bike when it came in from the factory, and Levi worked with Trek to get me a discount on the bike, which made me feel like I was getting a good deal despite there being some flaws. All in all, I'm very happy and would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Mike is a total standup bike mechanic. He’s worked on my bikes at other shops he’s worked at & when popped in to Ascent a few months ago to get my brakes checked, I was pleasantly surprised to see he ran this shop. Certain times where I’ve gone to other shops and was told I needed all this work on (essentially a new, barely used) bike, he found a quick, no-nonsense fix that I didn’t see, much less any other less honest shops...I.e shop off Victory in Burbank, no longer H&S...
