I like your gym. Very spacious with lots of machines and free weights. And even tho it's very popular, there's plenty of opportunity to use those gym facilities. I actually use the pool more than the gym (my wife prefers the gym). I love the fact that if I come after 10am most days there are lanes accessible to use for swimming. My wife and I are very, very glad to have joined our Asheville Y.

Both have terrific energy, are clear with instructions, advise participants on how to tailor moves to meet individual needs/limitations, and just make workouts a ton of fun.
I also had a really good initial class with Jay H (Pilates), she did a great job with direction and instructing students on adjusting routines to fit individual needs.
Instructors were all kind, fun to work with, and great at meeting each child where they were in terms of readiness. We also liked that the swim classes were only 30 minutes long — very doable!
At this time, my only activity with you is swimming laps- I love that you have several lanes dedicated to that! Also, the locker rooms and showers etc are usually clean. I’m very happy and grateful to be a member.
Loved the main instructor but did not care Jayne. She seemed to not really know what was going on. She also sort of attached herself to us, which was at times distracting to us and our baby.
