Moya is excellent at customer service!! She knows how to be in the area and allow us to shop (without hovering) and how to quickly and efficiently get the purchase and delivery details going and the furniture on it's way!
The salesman Marco Baucham was wonderful the delivery guys were awesome they came and introduced them self to me and then they went to work made sure I liked everything the furniture is beautiful
We were appreciative of the sales staff. Maryann was very helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. After that things fell apart and did not go well. We were notified ahead of time for the delivery and also were notified it would be a partial delivery. The only item we were told would not be on the truck was the chair we purchased for the bedroom. When the delivery guys showed up they said they didn't have the mattress protector or the pillow. They called into "drivers services" and were told " we don't deliver mattress protectors and pillows". We were never told these items were "undeliverable", this prompted me to attempt to contact the store in Brunswick Ga where we made the purchase. The call kept routing to a call center so I could not even speak with someone at the store. I finally did speak with Kristin at the call center and she agreed to help us locate the mattress protector so we could use our new bed. My wife and I had to drive 150 miles round trip to get the protector and pillow from the store in Jacksonville Florida. I feel there should have been better communication particularly with a customer spending 10k on a bedroom set.
The recliners seem top shelf. The delivery men were professional and great to me and my family. I sent them off with a couple cold bottles of water as it was mid 80’s that day.
