I appreciated the experience from the moment I stepped in the store in Albany Ga and connected with a Sales Associate that helped finalize my purchase. I appreciated the phone calls I received to setup a delivery date and time. I appreciated a reminder phone call confirming my time and date. The delivery was on time and everyone that I met or communicated with from the beginning to the end were very professional.

Very happy with product.Disappointed that merchandise was not available at store, had to be ordered and had to drive over an hour to distribution center when item became available. Pleasantly surprised when item was ready ready 10 days from placement of order instead of 2-3 week delivery date given at time of sale
