Very happy with product.Disappointed that merchandise was not available at store, had to be ordered and had to drive over an hour to distribution center when item became available. Pleasantly surprised when item was ready ready 10 days from placement of order instead of 2-3 week delivery date given at time of sale

The product was great, but it was the sales person, Sandra Brown, that made all the difference. There are a lot of stores that carry Tempur-Pedic mattresses, Sandra worked with me until we found something I liked and could afford.

Ashely carries furniture that can be found in other stores in town. But it is their helpful sales and delivery staff that makes the difference. The transaction was seamless from selecting my furniture to delivery and assembly. I felt very well taken care of.
