I very much appreciate the assistance of Home Furnishings Consultant Kevin Collins at the Burlington, NC Ashley Furniture Home Store. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I also appreciated the delivery of the two chairs on Saturday, June 21. The chairs arrived in excellent condition. I enjoyed talking with the delivery men as they brought the chairs in and as I considered whether or not they would be appropriate for my needs. I also asked if they wanted a cold drink, but soon realized that I only had juice to offer. Both seemed pleased and accepted small cans of V8 juice. That evening as I walked alongside my street, I was dismayed to find that one of the cans of juice, unopened, had been thrown out at the end of the street, near my neighbor's driveway. I hope the Ashley company will be concerned that their delivery personnel had littered in this way. In addition to being disappointed by their littering, I also felt disrespected. Since these two men know where I live, I am concerned that my reporting of their actions might result in some sort of "retribution" toward me. Please do not speak with them about this incident. I'm sharing this because if I were in charge of Ashley deliveries, I would want to be told how a customer's street was littered. If they didn't want the juice, the young men should have declined the offer. Otherwise, they were competent and friendly.

I do my “homework” on the Ashley app for the store so I have an idea of what I want when I get there. Then the Sales Rep. is easy to work with. They are always knowledgeable about what is in the store, what is temporarily out of stock or permanently, what can be ordered online etc. We have purchased a Dining Room Table & 6 Chairs, a large Battery Operated Recliner, a Sofa & a Loveseat in the last 9 mos. We are very happy with all of our items!
