I do my “homework” on the Ashley app for the store so I have an idea of what I want when I get there. Then the Sales Rep. is easy to work with. They are always knowledgeable about what is in the store, what is temporarily out of stock or permanently, what can be ordered online etc. We have purchased a Dining Room Table & 6 Chairs, a large Battery Operated Recliner, a Sofa & a Loveseat in the last 9 mos. We are very happy with all of our items!

Something for everyone. Large inventory, but still had to order couch???? Difficult to follow up on salesman. . took three days to return an answer, by the time we got an answer we had bought from another Ashley store. We very much liked the new couch and are happy with it
