My experience with Ashley was exceptional. From my sales associate to the young men that delivered and assembled my furniture, they were all pleasant, polite and respected my home and opinions. I really felt heard and seen. This was my first but not last experience with Ashley.

When we visited the Showroom in Burlington, there were LOTS of option from which to choose. The prices were fair, and when we decided to cancel part of our original order, it was done immedidately, including a full refund of those items to our credit card. The delivery team was on time, and very courteous & professional. All in all, we had a very good experience with Ashley Furniture.

Judy's knowledge about beds and sleep was amazing. her background of being a doctor's wife truly added to this knowledge. her product knowledge was very good as well. It played into my decision to buy at Ashley rather than shopping elsewhere.

Tam (Manager) listened to our story and help fit what we wanted instead of trying to push anything on us like many sales people do. When we walked in, she always greeted us because she recognized us and we cannot be happier and more satisfied with our purchases. Although we don’t get to use them until November, we cannot wait to try out our new living room furniture and bedroom outfit.
