My purchases were delivered on time and were just what I ordered. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture available. The delivery men were very careful, polite, respectful, and placed my new pieces where I wanted them. They even moved a piece of my furniture to another room to make space for new chairs. The sofa that I ordered was damaged and there was no problem sending it back. It will arrive later than I wanted but I was very satisfied that Ashley was willing to reorder the sofa and deliver it at no cost to me. First of all, your sales person, James, was very easy to work with. We did not purchase on our first visit but came back the next weekend. Requested James and he met us in the mattress department. We decided on a mattress, got a mattress cover and finalized the deal. James said it would take about 2 weeks for delivery. That was ok. However, I got a text on Monday or Tuesday of the next week that said my mattress could be delivered on Thursday or Friday. That was earlier than expected, but I scheduled it for Friday. They arrived within their time frame and brought the mattress in. Everything was great! My daughter is planning to go to Ashley for her next mattress.
