We recently purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress and adjustable bed frame from the Columbus, GA location. the salesperson, Cassandra was very personable and helpful. Our only complaint with Ashley is the delivering time and fee. The fee being $350 and we ordered the mattress on 6/22/205 and didn't receive it until August 1, 2025. I know the reason for time frame of delivery. The delivery went very smoothly. The delivery people were friendly and professional. I still believe the fee is still too high.
We do like Ashley furniture product and will probably be back in future if we have any other home furnishing needs.
Overall what I have purchased in the pass was excellent furniture. My last purchase and delivery was not what I expected. It appears the sofa and loveseat delivered was the floor room furniture. I was disappointed and disheartened. Clearly, after a moment of inspection the furniture was used. The assistant manager was professional and agreed to address the problem. I am waiting for my new furniture not used that I will be paying for in the next 3 years. I pray Ashley make things right.
I really like the selections and the price and quality. We have recently made a couple of purchases and they suit of lifestyle. Suki our person was wonderful and helpful. She listened and found us exactly what we needed.
I went to Ashley on Father's Day in Columbus. Ga, and the sale associates Mr. Chris Willum was very unprofessional. He made a comment that Juneteenth was a made up holiday, and he doesnt know why the government celebrates it. As a African American woman, I found that to be very unprofessional and offensive. I dont think ones political view has anything to do with the sale. I left and didn't buy anything, because I was upset that he mentioned that when I asked ablut sales for the holidays. I later returned weeks later , and Mrs Cassandra in the store was great. The two delivery guys; Mathew and Nick was timely and worked efficient.
Everything was great ! The employees were very friendly and have good advice of buying furniture. They were very responsive and kept me updated. Delivery was also really good no complaints at all!
Marcus Jackson in Columbus is an awesome sales representative. He waited on me both times I've bought from yall. He is excellent at his job. Very friendly. The delivery and setup guys are not doing a good job. All three beds they have set up for me had less than half the screws. It was a deliberate shortcut that I believe caused my last bed to break. Please make sure they start doing things correctly. I told the guy what they did last time and he did the same thing thinking I wasn't gonna check behind him. They also did not include the USB charging port that was suppose to be attached to the bed. I made sure watched him finish screwing in all the screws but I didn't realize til later the usb thing was missing. Not all that big a deal to me really but think you should know what your workers are doing. Please don't fire anyone but please see to it they don't continue doing this. It absolutely makes a huge difference in the stability of the bed
My purchases were delivered on time and were just what I ordered. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture available. The delivery men were very careful, polite, respectful, and placed my new pieces where I wanted them. They even moved a piece of my furniture to another room to make space for new chairs. The sofa that I ordered was damaged and there was no problem sending it back. It will arrive later than I wanted but I was very satisfied that Ashley was willing to reorder the sofa and deliver it at no cost to me. I was very pleased with the personnel and service by this business.
