The in-store customer service was superb! Marcus Jackson was very helpful and knowledgeable of the store products. My husband and I feel he went above and beyond to help us. I am not happy with the return procedure when purchasing an online item. I purchased a jewelry armoire and decided to return it. The process led me to paying for shipping charges of more to than $60. I will NOT be recommending any purchasing online. This was an inconvenience for me!

Our rep, Mark at the Columbus GA store was very knowledgeable and helped in every way possible. He was also very patient with us, providing his input to help in our selection. The store offers a great selection of furniture for every style and budget. We did most of our furniture shopping at this location and very pleased with our salesman, Mark, and our purchases. If the needs should ever arise where we need anything, we will certainly go back to Ashley Furniture and would recommend.

Ashley is ways my first choice when shopping for furniture. My experience is always great…but I am on the phone with a friend who’s been waiting since 10 this morning (2/15/25) for their delivery. It’s now 10:20 pm. They’re in Atlanta and the delivery said he had 22 orders. It reminded me to check for and complete my own survey because their review is going to be nothing short of scathing. Their experience won’t deter me when I start looking for bedroom furniture in a few weeks.
