I love my new couch and chair! They are beautiful and so comfortable! The salesman was so friendly and helpful. No pressure. He made it easy to fill out the paperwork. The delivery was on time and the guys were also friendly and efficient.

products and staff are awesome. scheduling and delivery teams need to listen and coordinate better. my delivery went south even when many a person i spoke with on the delivery support team seemed to understand that i have a 20,000 pound weight limit on our one lane bridge. Not only did they send a heavy truck, said truck was too wide to even have made it. Gracious neighbor pulled them out with the tractor and they transferred my items to my car. Long story short, delivery drivers were awesome, they didn't load the truck, they deliver what they are told. Brandon submitted a refund for the delivery. Do better. The customer knows the property so best to heed their warnings. db
