The showrooms are always pleasantly displayed, but I am one that likes to see, sit and touch products I am purchasing. Having the same product on display in different colors takes away from having more products on the floor. I worked retail and have seen and dealt with this corporate way of thinking. But, being on the purchasing side as a customer, you only need one product displayed and show the different colors/fabrics it comes in. I will never purchase a product of this magnitude online without being able to see it in person and be able to feel the fabric and comfort of it. Best to have more variety on the floor for customers instead of 2-3-4 of the same thing in different colors. One is enough to give the customer that satisfaction of in person shopping! But with that said, the service I receive every visit is always outstanding! Connie and I work well together, and I have to say that every associate I have met has been awesome and always willing to help if needed. Management is top notch there! Great group of associates!

Sales Associate Lee Dildy was excellent and spent much time helping us choose the mattress best for us. His expertise was obvious. The team that delivered our mattress worked hard, but the foundation frame was defective and they couldn't complete installation. Lee and the warehouse worker came out to our home from the local store, bringing a new foundation in their POV and finished the installation. Finally our med was back together!
