Was on time. But, ripped the fabric on the bottom of the couch. They didn’t tell me when I found the rip I called the store we bought from and was very nice. I did buy the warranty so she said she would have it taken care of. Waiting to hear back. Thanks.

The store had a very big selection and I was so pleased with the quality of the pieces they offered. Saleswoman was not pushy but was very helpful in answering questions we had once we had looked around. I was told that the couch I ordered was not available in the warehouse and it would be a 4 week wait for it. However when the delivery guys came they had both my recliners and my couch in the truck. I was thrilled. The delivery team was fast, friendly and very competent. I will definitely use Ashley for any future furniture needs.

Service at local store was great, so far after 2 nights I love the new mattress & the 2 delivery guys were on time & provided a great service moving one mattress to another bedroom in order to place new mattress. All employees wanted to satisfy customer!😃
