The sofa and recline is classy, comfortable and durable. The leather set is well worth the money! Shannon and the Ft. Walton Beach team was professional, very knowledgeable and very easy to do business with. Because the team at Ft. Walton Beach had such a customer first mindset verse the management in my local Crestview area, the wife and I drove 45 minutes to do business with them. Great customer service and awesome furniture, definitely will be making that drive again for my next purchase!!..

Wasn't fearful, when picking Ashley. Not familiar with local furniture stores, not sure on their word for service. Not because my granddaughter works at the FWB store had nothing to do with my decisions. Received the recliner earlier than expected, but am "happy" I have the recliner now. Fits the layout in MY room, feels good to lean back and have feet up higher, than the recliner in our living room. I already talking to husband about a new "dining table, and/or new bed..his reply was "we will wait awhile until we can rid of table, or bed. I thank each and everyone I came in contact when visiting the FWB store.

Our salesperson at Ashley, Shannon Hughes, was very pleasant to work with! He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions on 2 different bedroom sets. He wrote up quotes for both so we could make an informed decision on our purchase. Our furniture was delivered quickly, within a couple of weeks of our purchase. The delivery crew were also very pleasant, efficient, and made sure everything was placed where we wanted it before they left. I definitely highly recommend Ashley!

It took longer than expected to receive my order. The delivery personnel that assembled my tables noticed a very minor detail missing from the manufacturer. He pointed it out to me and told me my options. I truly appreciate his sincere integrity. I am expecting a replacement table as soon as possible.
