Delivery and set up were good. I did have some scrapes on the chairs but the delivery guy put furniture stain on it so it wasn't that visible after. I did notice several of the hex head bolts were stripped out as a few legs were loose and I had to adjust them and tighten them after delivery. I would like a dozen black bolts sent to me asap that hold the legs together so that I can replace the ones that were stripped. Pass this message onto whomever can get the proper bolts to me. You have the email and phone # and my ultimate review will be based on receipt of these bolts.

Very attractive store layout and variety of products to choose from. Was able to look around on my own and then I talked with a sales associate. Had I not spoken with him, I would not have known the chair I purchased, was a "lift" chair. There was no signage indicating such.
