We purchased the MODMAX sofa with chaise from Stephanie, Assistant Manager at the Ashley Store in Spanish Fort AL. Stephanie was very professional and personable, and made our buying experience very pleasant and simple. We chose INK for our color, and the sofa is solid with excellent support and construction. Our sofa was delivered (most of it) a week ago, and we couldn't be happier with our selection! We are still waiting for the delivery of the right arm chaise, but have been able to enjoy the three pieces that we have received. Communication was good about the delivery, and they arrived right when they said they would. The two men who brought our sofa were friendly (especially Carl). They removed all packaging and placed sofa right where we wanted it to be; making sure we were happy with it. This is our first furniture purchase from Ashley, and we would definitely do business with Stephanie Yoder at Ashley Furniture Store again.

Hannah was knowledgable about all the mattresses in the showroom. She did not point out items in her budget, she worked with ours. She showed us all the mattresses that fit the profile we asked for and made suggestions. She did not bogg us down with price talk, which we appreciate. We can check the tags for ourselves to see if we can afford the item or not. We were buying three and she was right there to show us once we decided on two, what the differences were. She also knew that for the bed frame we had chosen that we did not need the box spring, which we would have missed on our own. She was patient and accurate in the knowledge she spoke with on each product we "test rested" on.

Great selection of furniture. Our sales representative was great. He didn't crowd us but was around for any questions. We were told that the furniture would be ready for delivery in 2 weeks and the bigger pieces were delivered in 4 days! Everything looks great. The delivery representatives were great. Set everything up for us, they were on time, and very friendly.
All in all a great experience. Would recommend this store.
