Every since we walked into Ashley and looked immediately towards your showroom we fell in love with the livingroom and dinette set. We couldn't be happier with everything and how it filled our new home in such a beautiful way. On a different note our salesperson Susie was so professional, knowledgeable as well as personable. The gentlemen who brought our furniture, set everything up carefully and couldn't of been more polite. Ashley furniture is very lucky to have employees who simply love their job.

Any furniture company can offer a good or great product, but Ashley's staff was the best. Jamie was kind, thoughtful and not pushy. I appreciate that about him. The only drawback to this transaction for me was this: Jamie said my sofa would be delivered on September 14, a Sunday. I thought it was odd, but needs must, as the British say. When I didn't get a call or text about delivery, I called the store and found out that the delivery date would be later in the week and that I would get notification prior. That makes more sense to me than taking delivery on a Sunday. No matter. I took delivery of the sofa at the hands of two more caring, considerate men who were here when they said they would be. This is something else that I appreciate. All in all, it was a great experience for me. I thank you for that.

Miss Hannah was, the associate we worked with, amazing! We’ve had the furniture for a little bit now and just love it! It’s sooo comfortable! The men who delivered the couches & chair were very professional and worked quickly! I’ll be honest. Miss Hannah said it could take 3-4 weeks before it was delivered. So 5 days later when we got the call to set a time we were surprised! Thank you!

Everything went according to plan -- delivery was much earlier than expected which was a nice surprise and I'm happy with the recliner and rug I purchased as I have been with everything I have purchased from Ashley!!!
