Our original purchase would not fit in our space. So it had to be returned and we needed a quick turnaround and exchange it for something different. It was more expensive, but it was the only thing that would work in our space. Five days after it was delivered. It went on sale and would’ve saved us $800. I reached out to my sales person she said since we had financed it at 24 months we had no options and we could not get any refund or any more product. We have considered purchasing another chair or piece for that but absolutely would not go back and purchase from there again because of the poor customer service after the fact. She’s an amazing sales person, but I didn’t feel like she fought for us on that one.

Mom loves her adjustable bed. Says it is softer than she remembers. She's trying to adjust to it. The men who delivered and set up the bed were awesome. Very professional. They had it set up in no time. Adjusted the height for mom. That made her happy. Thank you so much.
