The young woman who helped me in the showroom was very helpful but not pushy. She listened to me and gave me the information I needed to make a decision on what I would buy. I bought a new queen bed. I love the design and the sturdiness of the bed frame. I appreciate the guys who delivered the bed and set it up for me. They were very careful and got it set up in not time. Thank you all.

They did a price match for an identical sofa from an Ashley store in another city. Ashley furniture is well made and sturdy. I did purchase a warranty for my power recliner sofa in 2015. They came and replaced one of the power modules and a leg lift that had been accidentally broken with no questions asked. Ashley is a good choice for midrange priced furniture. I would purchase from them again in the future.

Good service in the store to include price match. Quick delivery and professional employees in store and delivery personnel. Much better experience than previous when I ordered from the online store. I will shop Ashley again, but only in store. The online store had horrible customer service. If it were not for my in store experience I would never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone again.
