I went to the 2 stores in my area and had incredible experiences at both places on multiple days. At the first store I was helped on the first day by Mr Bruce Gluszek at the Outlet who was an absolute pleasure. Also at the second store on day 1 I had the wonderful experience of having Ms Lucy Kozak at the big store. I needed to go home to measure my space for the furniture before purchasing. After confirming, I went back for the purchase and met Mr Keenan Mcnealy at the Outlet. All three of these amazing consultants deserve a raise!! They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and absolutely locked in the fact that I will always do my furniture business with Ashley! Thank you for the warm welcome to a new community and the great experience!

Mr. Bruce was amazing. We purchased dressers for our master bedroom. One had a small chip but it was a steal of a deal so we didn't care. During the handling of the furniture to get it off the floor someone must have bumped it because when we got home to move it in I looked in my hand and had paint the small chip had turned into the whole corner missing paint. Super disappointed 😞. Hopefully we can correct it. Other than that experience was good.

Purchased a couch from Ashley furniture and they were so quick and efficient with the buying process. Took exactly a week for it to be delivered from the purchase date which I was not expecting. The delivery team was quick with getting it in the house and getting it put together and they were super nice! Definitely will be recommending and looking to buying more furniture from them.
