I saw what I wanted online and as soon as I stepped in the store I was greeted with a friendly face. He saw what I liked, explained how the store was laid out to facilitate my home needs. After asking what my first choice was, the associate took me to the very piece I was looking for. Not only did they have it, but it was an amazing price. The delivery was set up and it was one of the smoothest processes. The delivery guys were respectful and polite as well. Ashley furniture is well made and the best quality for the price.
