I went to the outlet to buy furniture to stage a house for sale. The outlet is a great value. Melissa was so helpful. Lateef delivered the furniture EARLY which was very helpful. It was a difficult delivery but he never complained. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with the saleswoman who served me at the store. I am very satisfied with the product I purchased, the quality is excellent, but I was surprised by the lack of education of the delivery people. I spoke to him but he did not answer me, and they even complained to each other about my children. This attitude is regrettable for a company as renowned as Ashley.

I was greeted at the front door by Sean. I thought he was a greeter because he was so friendly and welcoming. His pressure free approach made me feel at ease enough to purchase furniture for two rooms when I was only there for one.
