The products are more affordable than most furniture stores in the area. Melissa in the Jacksonville Regency store was amazing to work with! The store manager ( I cant remember her name) I think it was Abbie or Ellie. She was great to work with as well!

great sales approach, good quality furniture. Price was significantly higher than other out-of-state sources (like over $1000) but we felt lik it was worth it for set-up/delivery, and supporting locals. That said, we asked the salesman for a potential price adjustment to a round number $3k ($69 off) and his manager told him it would come out of his commission. TERRIBLE!!!!! we paid the extra to ensure he got his just rewards. Bad leadership, the markup on this furniture was huge, corporate should have taken the hit. Now we tell everyone that she was a schmuck but that the salesman was terrific.
