Took our time in the store as we were looking for particular items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wasn't sure if we would find what we were looking for but eventually found exactly what we wanted. With two cats didn't want to buy ultra expensive but still wanted good quality at the right price. Feel like we found exactly that!! THANK YOU ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!! P.S The cats love it too!

The experience was great. Tiffany, who helped us was great. She’s very personable and didn’t have too much of the overbearing salesman vibe. It was like just talking to a friend. The checkout process was quick and easy also. The only thing that was less than a 10 was the long wait time for delivery. We waited I think almost 4 weeks for delivery. It would have been nice to get occasional updates like once a week letting us know they are just waiting on one more piece or it’s in transit, etc. just not hearing anything for 4 weeks was frustrating. We ended up calling ourselves to check the status. The delivery guys were awesome though, and took great care when delivering. The furniture is very high quality and I’m confident will last a long time.
