The phone conversation we had was very explicit in terms of when and where the delivery would be made. We were away from home when the delivery was made. A tag and envelope was left on our exterior door know showing the details of the delivery. We used the envelope provided to mail a check covering the cost the following day.

I appreciate the ability to speak with a "live" person. The only request I have is to be notified if the appointment gets bumped up on the schedule by calling or texting me. I was not notified of the changes made to the schedule and had other activities planned that could have been problematic for access to the tank. Thank you!
