It is all about timely service and the ability of your tec to prevent issues but when an issue comes up the ability resolve it quickly. Jorge Mojica does that for us, he has great job knowledge and customer service skills. The staff has at both the hospital and nursing home know Jorge and have confidence that he will do whatever it takes to resolve any issue that comes up. Because he has been working at St. Catherine's for the last 10 years. Jorge has done a great job when we had a big issue with bed bugs also the dog and handler are great too. If there is anything I would say needs improvement it's that there is no one from your management team who we can contact in an emergency.
