This was a really good experience for my dad who had been discharged from the hospital and did not want to go to a skilled nursing facility but needed round the clock care that we could trust. The communication and scheduling was very efficient. Response time for questions answered was expedient. The staff was friendly and helpful to him and very dependable. He had transportation to doctor appointments and medication and meal times made easier for him while he was able to get his strength back. Our family really appreciates the help my dad needed during this time, and sincerely it was wonderful to know he was in good hands. Thank you!

The staff has been very responsive. From our very first interactions with Melanie Heathcock to scheduling time slots with care givers the process has been easy and fluid. Melanie is amazing she help us get Sara transferred from Skill Nurse back into her home. My Mother start feeling better the very afternoon she was back in the House. I am so grateful for the help and this experience to-date.

At Your Side has provided aides for me for more than two years. Their aides are diligent and caring. My health improved enough for me to no longer need an aide every day, but At Your Side still provides aides to push my transport chair when I have to go to the doctor. They always show up on time and are cheerful.
