Barbara in scheduling is wonderful, as is Alta in billing, but I’ve only ever had a good experience with the office. The caregivers are conscientious and gentle with my sister who had dementia. I really appreciate them.

Alta and Ollie the owners are very nice people they took very good care for my mother's needs. Alexandria came over and took very good care of my mother. We are very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anybody. They are affordable and very prompt. A very fine organization. Thank you for everything we really appreciate it. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive in a time of great confusion and transition for my mother. The administrative team was flexible and transparent on all aspects of their service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of additional resources for a loved one in need.

Our particular caregiver is thoughtful, she actually does care for us, courteous, willing to do what we need, she is happy and always ready with a good tale for us. She takes him to hospital and uses her own free time on occasion. We love her. If it wasn't for At My Side, we would never have had such a good experience. Thank you, At My Side.
