Cleanliness, though the unisex restroom is not as clean as the main restroom so that was a slight disappointment during the visit. Other than the unisex restroom a bit unclean and uncomfortable to use, everything else from people to service to area are fantastic.

MASAYA is an excellent stylist. The shop is very comfortable and the check in and check out process is very efficient. The only problem I have with the salon is the price of just a haircut has gotten to the point where I may not continue to come. I have been coming for years but I really have to think if I want to pay $400 plus for a highlight and cut. Masaya is outstanding and the only reason I continue to come.

Kelly was very friendly and extremely gentle - this was my biggest concern as my scalp is highly sensitive. She spent extra time to get the haircut to be exactly how I wanted it. It was the most relaxing experience I have had in years! Thank you, dear Kelly - you truly are a gem!

Anna is absolutely amazing and a true magician! She understands her clients needs. She is patient, calm, courteous and a master of her trade! I had a recent visit to this salon due to needing correction from a previous balayage done elsewhere. She immediately knew what I wanted. She perfected my color correction and gave me an amazing haircut. My hair is soo much easier to style, and I absolutely love it! I always look forward to seeing Anna, and am so proud to have been having her as my stylist for over 10 years! Thank you Anna for fitting me in your busy schedule....you truly are the best! I love, love, love my hair (as always)!!!
