I am incredibly impressed by how the owner of these Trek stores runs his business. Customer service #1. Concern for selling the right bike to a customer #1. Listening skills #1
Everything was great as always. I was there for a tune-up. I didn't respond right away because there is one gear that is rattling a little bit, like it's not clicking into place. If it doesn't go away, I will be back, but I am 100% confident you will take care of it so Im not worried
Y’all are so nice and helpful. You met me at my car this weekend to retrieve my stroller with a flat tire and fixed it up quickly, while being quite patient with my curious toddler in the meantime. I would recommend you to anyone for bikes or stroller tire repairs. Thank you for making this chore quite fun!
Matt is very informative and patient with new bike enthusiast…I purchased one Aventon and he was very knowledgeable of the product and its features…I will be purchasing a second e-bike very soon!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that greets you at the front door when you walk in. They are willing to help with any issue. There are very good with bike repair and their services are reasonably priced.
Keelan and Bill are super insightful, responsive, and generous with their time. It’s not just about buying a bike, but beginning a relationship with a shop that will care for my bike that takes me around my City. They also helped my lil brother with a bike. Great spot, excited to keep coming back.
The level of cycling knowledge is reassuring across a range of cycling, including road, gravel, mountain, and e-bikes. This level of knowledge is apparent on both the sales side and in the service department.
We have purchased 4 bikes over the last several years at various times and while there are many different retailers near us we keep going back to Atlanta Cycling. We have made purchases from other bike stores in Atlanta in the past as well, by the way.
