One of your employees (with a smile on his face) held the door open for me as I walked my Trek Checkpoint in for some service work. That's a great start to providing top flight customer service. This person listened to what I'm talking about and seeking and walked me back to the service department, introduced me to them and helped me make thoughtful decisions regarding additional products.
