Sales Rep Richard Waggoner with Atlanta Cycling Duluth did an excellent job with the customer service during the decision making, communication (text-phone), ordering, setup and final purchase of my 2025 Scott Addict RC10. Richard attains the knowledge plus with a smooth approach of sales. The transition of the purchase was very smooth. As with all purchases at Atlanta Cycling, Richard also helped with the final fitting of my bike. I have also been real impressed with the Duluth store’s Service Department. Josh and Luke have always repaired my bikes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the right bike and answering all my questions. The store had a great selection, and the checkout process was smooth.
