Skylar in service took my call on Tuesday late. I told him that I thought the front derailleur was broken and was it possible to get it replaced before a scheduled ride on Friday. Brought the bike in on Wednesday morning. The derailed didn't need to be replaced, not sure what he did to fix it but immediately was able to work on the bike while we waited. About 45 minutes later we were able to walk out with the bike working and still able to make our ride on Friday. While I am trying to learn about basic bike maintenance you guys are always there available to help and get us back on the trails!
The service is just…perfect. Exactly what you want out of a bike store. I was greeted at the door like they were truly happy to see me - and that didn’t dim when I said I was just there for some gels. No lack of service just because I wasn’t there for a high-dollar item. Great people.
Saylor and Chris at the Roswell store have been great! Got a bike I love, and the follow up service with fitting and break-in adjustments have been effortless for me. Back when I raced many years ago I always appreciated my LBS (local bike store). This is my new LBS!!
I had my road bike serviced after the shop I used to bring it too closed/moved and they were prompt and efficient. Staff was super nice and knowledgable as well. I will bring it back.
Chris was amazing in getting us 2 new bikes. Wanted different size tires and had to wait for the tires since they were not in stock at the time we purchased our bikes but once the shop got them in, they were put on our bikes. My wife needed her bike post shaved down to maximize comfort. Everything was done in a timely manner and we are happy with our FX3s.
Can't wait to start riding!
I was so pleased at the above and beyond service I got when I came in to buy a rack for the back of my bike. It was installed, my chain put back on and oiled, and they even came out to check on my car rack. I love this store!
