AC is just a laid back friendly LBS that caters to riders of all ages and skill levels. I just started on a mtb at age 50 and it’s so nice to be able to ask questions and have bike repairs without feeling like I’m being judged for not being an elite level rider. There are 2 other Roswell bike shops that I won’t go back to because of the perceived judgement and lack of interest in novice riders. I didn’t purchase my bike from AC but I’m treated like a customer that did. That’s not lost on me. Kudos to Pierre! I look forward to many return trips - hopefully with less repair needs.

Very helpful customer service on the phone to discuss inventory. Even sent pictures of the bike I was interested in. Upon arriving to the shop, they were very friendly and helpful. Made sure the bike was the right size for my son, ensured tires had enough air, put oil on the chain, etc. my son loves the bike and I thought the price was fair.

First thank you for helping me out in a bind! Friday evening at 5:15pm we discovered my son's back tire was flat and wouldn't take air. He had a race in Acworth Saturday morning and had to be up there at 8am. I called and you all said that I could bring it in, we live less than 5 minutes from the store. Brought it in and thankfully it was a simple tube repair. Not only that you made sure his bike was ready to race. Which he did very well on. Thank you. Every time I go in I always feel welcome whether there are 10 other customers or just me. And you always help me to understand what needs to be done and how to take care of our bikes.
