Feels like the staff really cares. Clay sold me my bike 2 years ago and introduced me to Riverside Riders (perfect for my riding). Pierre has worked with me on a lingering wheel/hub problem and has gone out of his way to be helpful. The staff always makes me feel valued as a customer!

The team at the Roswell location is excellent. Pierre is top notch and had my bike ready early, which as a regular rider I really appreciate. He also communicates clearly and answers questions in depth and handles ambiguity well when the situation needs to be explored more fully before the conclusion is known.
