Matt and his team are the best and everything you would hope for from a LBS team. They’re personable and professional. They are knowledgeable and always work hard to meet customer needs. They do a great job of matching up the right products and services to my needs and know me by name in a big city. I’ll always shop her for my multiple bike services and support.

ATL Cycling vinings is the store we needed around here. At so many other bike stores, you come in, a they are practically irritated to see you. They act over-burdened when you need repairs or ask for a timeline. Not at ATL cycling vinings though. At this store, they are all super friendly and are glad to see you again. They are not pushy about selling their brands only and are super-honest, fast, and fair with bike maintenance. They have a killer selection of nutrition and it’s just a really welcoming bike store. The kind we used to have way back when. I am paranoid about my bikes and have had other stores scratch up my bikes. I actually trust leaving my bike at this store and that says a lot.

All I can say is our experience was amazing. I had came in to the shop about a week or so ago curious about possibly getting two pedal assist bicycles. Jan was super helpful. We came in today to finally pull the trigger. Granted we walked in at 4:30 they close at 5. I’m a restaurant owner of a very successful restaurant and customer service is key in every aspect of business. The staff was hands down amazing showing us all the different options when the question arose on how to get the bicycles back to the house. They said it would be no problem at all. They would bring them over and which they spent time helping us connect our bikes through our phone and sound was one of the most amazing experiences. I would highly recommend this place.

Upon arriving, a service advisor came out and remove bicycle from vehicle. Upon inspecting bicycle, tire and inner tube required being replaced. I was informed they complete repair while waiting, parts were replaced and on my way in about (20) minutes. Thank you for your prompt and courteous customer service.

AC Vinings had the bike I was looking for and they set it up complete and accurately. They team at AC Vinings is great and very helpful. Matt was specifically helpful with bike fit and answering specific questions I had about the bike and accessories. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into purchasing a bike.
