Your products are great but your staff is even a step above that. Everyone is helpful, informative and genuinely interested in you enjoying biking. When I was in recently for a flat repair, I asked your technician to explain how to change the inner tube so I would not get stuck again. He was patient, kind and willing to walk through each step with me as he changed it so that I now understand. That is the kind of helpfulness and service that keeps you coming back.

Atlanta Cycling Vinings is absolutely fantastic! Every visit here is such a pleasant experience. I recently brought my bike in for routine maintenance and to address a concern with my bottom bracket, and the team went above and beyond. Not only did they fix everything perfectly, but they also took the time to explain in detail what was done and even shared helpful tips to keep my bike running at peak performance. What really sets this shop apart is how welcoming and approachable the staff are. At many other bike shops I’ve felt intimidated or brushed off for not knowing all the technical details, but Atlanta Cycling is the complete opposite. They truly embrace my questions, take the time to teach me, and leave me feeling even more excited about my cycling journey. After visiting several bike shops in the area the weekend before, I stopped by your place on a whim, thirty minutes before closing time. Your staff welcomed me and my husband in, never rushed us, made me very comfortable and were excited to help me find a bike that fit me! I'm just getting into cycling and everyone at the shop was encouraging, helpful and very knowledgeable. I didn't get any pretentious vibes or that any of the guys were pushing certain bikes on me just for the win of the sale. I truly appreciate you guys and the encouragement I felt to try out this new sport! I'm a customer for life, no doubt.
