easy access to highway, no long wait for drive to terminal. Nice beverage options on check out. Need to improve QR code readers from phones. Took me several attempts with gymnastic type of moves from my car to get the code to read properly

The service is good with the pick up and drop off to the airport. However, not exactly happy with the fact that we have to drag our bags to the north terminal to catch the bus back to the car. A lot of people complain about the people and congestion going from the baggage claim area on the south side all the way over to the north side to catch the bus.

I have had a very good experience with The Parking Spot. I have been picked up at my car and at the airport pretty promptly and most drivers are very nice and willing to help with my bags. Also, the discounts provided through my company make the cost very affordable.
