You know what... I have been traveling 2 weeks a month for the last 7 years and you guys do a great job. The few times I"ve had to park elsewhere it's been a true disappointment. Your valet service is well worth it - safety, convenience, and excellent service. Your drivers and the valets really work to deliver great service and the folks behind the desk are efficient and can solve the occasional problems. I am in my 70's and I really appreciate the help with my bags and the positive attitudes of the drivers and staff. Let them know how important this is for weary travelers, especially when returning home!
