I like the facility. I have been going to the same location since the 80's. The operation has been kept up and improved over time and has always been a secure facility. The transports are current, clean, well maintained and the drivers are good and helpful. Recently, the technology has been updated, and it works well. I don't fly with the frequency that i have in the past but i am loyal to the program. perhaps there is a needed update to the loyalty program.

I am very impressed with the ease of valet. Having my car parked, getting right on the shuttle- very easy. And getting back- my car is waiting and they are there to grab my suitcase off the shuttle. On top of that they check with me to see if I want a bottled water. Very simple and I’ll never park anywhere else. Amazing service and care!

Customer service was lacking at drop off, but was excellent at pick up. Will always pay the extra for valet parking. I was met at the shuttle with a cold bottle of water and my car waiting with the air blasting. Excellent!
