There is always a shuttle ready to pick you up at the terminal and the airport. Ths driver is always very friendly. The distance from the airport is great and the price is reasonable.

Convenient location, never have to wait after parking, shuttle is right there as we park our car. However, the wait at the airport is rarely a short wait. Seems like Parking Spot PLUS is always the furthest walk from the terminal and the least frequent bus to arrive.

The drivers were both very helpful. At times the drivers are reluctant to load the luggage on the bus. That did not happen this time. On the downside two of the checkout lines were not working. One of them did not indicate that it was not working. So a few of us lined up to use it and that caused a traffic jam as we had to back up and get in the other lane.

Great valet service from start to finish. When you arrive, they take your bags, get you on the bus with a cold water in hand, park your car and you're off to make your flight. When you return, you catch their bus which takes you back to your car waiting for you. They load your bags. So easy!

Quick , efficient and great service. Even with a last minute ticket to driver my car was waiting for me when we pulled into the facility! That is great service. They always ask if we want water and it is always cold!

Overall, your staff really tries to provide excellent service. Also, the valet service is user friendly and very safe - I don't like being dropped in the lot. Occasionally I've had to use other lots, and sometimes you get dropped in a dark garage. Don't care for that. Love the valet service.
