I can drop off and pick up after normal business hours and Abou is always helpful. Always a gentleman. Carries my bags to and from the vehicle. Always greets me with high energy and works hard every time I see him. I have been there ONE TIME when he wasn’t working and the other person never offered to help me with bags and I had four and a backpack and I’m one person. It’s door to door service with Abou and he is HAPPY to do it. He isn’t there for a check. He is there to serve and we appreciate him!!!!!

The bus service can occasionally be slow. There are often multiple busses from other Parking Spot locations in wait buy no Plus bus. I would think the Plus busses would be more plentiful
