Line crew was in position to park us immediately after we landed and promptly fueled us for our next leg. FBO staff were friendly and provided us with a crew car for lunch. Crew car was in excellent condition. Staff were accomodating while we eperienced an extended delay waiting for passengers.

The team was ready when we arrived. They had a rental car waiting for us, a quick signature for the rental and everything was handled in a timeley manner. Adriana did a fantstic job catering to our requests in the morning. She was very professional and knowledgable about our departure and passengers. Very helpful to have her on your morning team!

Everyone of your staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and I highly recommend your FBO. The young lady that was on Sunday Super Bowl Sunday was the absolute best. I don’t recall her name. She was a very young lady, but she had her stuff together. She’s a true credit to your organization. And then we met the manager today today being 12 February at 11 AM and she was absolutely fantastic and funny. She made me do a dance before she let me go out to my airplane lol Ken 12 out of 10.

Marc stayed late (15 minutes past 10 pm) to fuel our airplane to allow for us to go on one last flight that night. We really appreciate it and we undeniably suggest Marc for any customers future fueling services. PAY MARC MORE. The CSRs are wonderful and Anna is always very welcoming. Thank you for allowing Epic Flight Academy to utilize the conference room for bi-weekly meetings. Thanks ;) XD <3
