Upon arrival we requested a lav and fuel. Even tho we were remaining overnight the line techs had both requests completed before we put the covers on.
The crew was on top of it!
Hospitality is always amazing when I come to AGC! CSRs are amazing and line guys are always on top of everything. Plus the amenities are great! Bummed out that peach tea wasn't out when I came here last time, hopefully there will be some next time I come again!
The front line staff always went out of their way for me. I really appreciated all their attention. I would have liked a receipt of all my services. I was told it would be emailed. But I never saw it. And the staff always promised to change my aircraft type from Twin Cessna 414 to RV10. I am not sure if that happened. I was informed by staff only management could do it and 3 different staff meme eta said they informed management. But it is still wrong. So I am wondering if my bill is correct.
I did appreciate the the easy of getting service, people, location, and the front line arrive folks.
AGC location is fantastic. our regular FBO has failed to keep jet fuel on hand, and the customer service in general at our regular FBO has been terrible, thankfully Atlantic is there to save us, the ramp and front desk staff are ALL professional, courteous, and helpful. thank you much! N406SC
Upon arriving at the competitor FBO on the field we were informed they had no fuel and would not have any for our departure the next day. We had had areservation with them and they did not reach out to inform us in advance. We drove to the Atlantic facility and told them about our situation. We relocated our plane to the Atlantic ramp and the professional team there took excellent care of us. We will no longer be using that competitor and Atlantic is now our preffered FBO at KAGC.
We were on a medical flight from S.C. Our dispatcher had the ‘other FBO’ listed on our paper work. During flight planing, I noticed the other FBO, sometimes did not have Jet A. I called the that FBO, they did NOT have fuel for us. They suggested, going to Atlantic. We did. I called Atlantic to make sure they had fuel, they did. It was a Sunday morning, and the person I talked with could not be nicer. When we arrived, we were quickly fueled. The same person I had spoken with on the phone suggested a diner, very close. It was a great place to pick up our catering order, as well. The diner was spot on!! To be honest, my company tries to avoid Atlantic FBO’s, but this is the exception! Wonderful experience. The person behind the counter at AGC, that morning was wonderful!
