Jack and Erica were more than accommodating when we had maintenance issues. The line staff was prompt and efficient, and even pitched in to aid as we pulled freezable stock off the airplane in anticipation of cold weather. 10/10, the most friendly and welcoming staff I've seen at an FBO in a LONG time.

The staff was fantastic. There was and icing event going on at KANE. They safely put the aircraft in the hangar. The staff took fantastic care of us.

CSR's were fantastic! Line was there to park and was very friendly. Everyone was very attentive to whatever we needed. They even asked if we needed a car right away to grab something to eat. Great Place!
