Front desk and Line service we're outstanding
Don't like the hourly parking fee rates for the ramp or the Hanger, but I blame that on Corporate

Line service guys (three of them!) not only were EXTREMELY helpful with attending to our needs, especially loading the nearly unbelievable amount of bags our passengers had, but they made us feel like we were the only plane on the ramp. (We weren’t) I don’t know how they did it but I’m glad they did. Definitely the best and most attentive service I’ve gotten from ANY FBO.
