We were the first plane into ASE that a.m and they were ready for us with the fuel truck standing by. The ramp staff brought out coffee, ice & papers right away. Our catering order was prestaged and ready for us. When we realized some items were missing they had replacements before our passengers showed up. Once our paxs arrived it was a smooth boarding process and we were able to depart ahead of schedule.
Mary, Ashley and Kate were very attentive to our needs. They ensured we received service that enabled us to provide our clients top notch service as well. Always friendly and helpful.
Upon arrival we were greeted by client relations manager, Lizzy (Elisabeth) Becker. She was positive, professional and ensured that all our requests were handled promptly. After our passengers departed she brought the crew’s car ramp side and offered assistance with recommendations.
Her attention to our passenger, aircraft and crew far exceeded my expectations and was the best I’ve ever received at Atlantic Aspen. I look forward to her assisting us at our next visit.
