We’ve worked with you before and it has always been a pleasant experience. However, on this occasion, we would have appreciated a smoother process with the car rental. From the start, the booking wasn’t made with the on-site company, and we were asked for several requirements without even receiving a confirmation number. In the end, a phone call resolved everything — just as it could have been from the beginning, in a much smoother way. That said, we still appreciate all your support.
