From the start, the booking wasn’t made with the on-site company, and we were asked for several requirements without even receiving a confirmation number. In the end, a phone call resolved everything — just as it could have been from the beginning, in a much smoother way.

We have been tenants for several years. The staff from line guys to management are always responsive and accommodating with friendly service. The only reason it isn't a perfect 10 is the new corporate set fee schedule. Not only in BDL, but nationwide. It is a shame that Atlantic has turned into a Signature type business model.
