You won’t find a better or more professional group of people. They go out of their way to provide for crew and passenger needs. I have been coming here for about 6 years now and will continue coming here in the future. Staff are excellent and service is also of a very high standard. The facility and ramp space is this locations primary challenge, but the warm and sincere welcomes make a visit always worthwhile.

Lady at the front desk always has a smile on her face , she goes above and beyond , don’t remember her name but I know that she has worked there for over 20 years and she came from Atlantic east , also all the line guys are very helpful. Thank you very much .

We had a great experience with the BHM FBO. Line service personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. Despite the hear they worked hard marshaling us in and out of the very tight ramp. We asked to be moved when the Coast Guard airplane arrived and they did it without hesitation, only to have the Coast Guard leave before us. Our biggest complaint is how small the ramp is there. The ladies at the desk were super helpful and friendly offering suggestions for dinner during our stay.

Bob Ditto shows up early and stays late just to give a warm welcome and a meaningful farewell. Anytime I see I’m headed to Birmingham, my heart warms, as it feels like I’m headed to a home away from home! I am a captain for a medevac jet charter company that flies into Atlantic BHM several times per week. I wanted to specifically shout out Lil and Seth for consistently going above and beyond to ensure we have great service and an amazing experience!
