Called ahead for fuel, lav dump, water top off and a windscreen cleaning - 4 linemen were standing by upon arrival ready to service immediately. Within 10 minutes of arrival the airplane was completely serviced and fueled. The service was friendly, accurate, and extremely prompt. Outstanding work by Andres, Rocky, Dylan, and Jose. They deserve a promotion and recognition for their service.
I really enjoyed the people from the ramp to the desk. The only drawback is the microphone / video camera to get in the gate is so close to the gate that I was afraid I was going to take the gate out with my car.
Hi. This doesn’t happen every single time but it happens very often. Please ask ground crews to confirm with flight crews that the parking brake is set before they remove the chocks. This is a nationwide issue, not unique to this FBO only. It happens with most vendors across the country. To include Signature and Atlantic.
Great. Clear parking instructions on landing and put in position for takeoff prior to show. Brought passenger's transportation planeside and even brought out crew's rental car.
