I appreciate how thoughtful the line crew are and how they ensure we have everything we need. Also on my last visit i asked karissa if they could add a sweatner besides sweet and low. On this visit you had equal. Yeah! Its a little thing but it meant a lot.

I want to thank the entire team for their professional attitude, personable conversation and prompt services for our aircraft. Bre and Amanda were great in taking our requests and discussing seasonal improvements for the operation. When our passengers arrived the line service team made sure we were ready prior to bringing passengers out, which can be key to making the transition from the owners’ car to the aircraft. They assisted with baggage and were courteous to our owners. Thanks for the hard work and dedication to providing spectacular service. I can’t wait to come back!
