Your lady at the front desk was very helpful, checked options for car rental and even walked with me outside to point me in the direction of the Main Terminal. The line personnel placed tight downs which was great as there were strong storms/winds overnight.

The whole crew was exceptional. Entering the ramp we were marshalled in correctly and the staff promptly assisted with the bags. The cars were stationed planeside and our passengers were kindly greeted. Thank you for the great service from the front attendant Kris (pardon if misspelled) as she assisted us with recommendations and getting us to our hotel safely. I flew into ELM on an anti human trafficking flight for Freedom Aviation Network as a volunteer pilot. Line staff was prompt and efficient. Customer service inside the FBO was kind, professional and considerate. Atlantic Aviation reduced fuel price, and fees due to it being a charity flight. Thank you!
