I want to recognize the outstanding team at Atlantic Aviation FRG. They delivered one of the best FBO experiences I’ve had in the industry—easily a 12 out of 10. From the moment we arrived, their professionalism and coordination were unmatched. Line service and CSRs operated seamlessly, and a manager personally greeted me from behind the counter to brief me on our passengers. Luggage was already loaded onto a cart, and a fuel truck was in position within one minute of setting the parking brake. Everyone worked together like a well-oiled machine—efficient, courteous, and proactive. It’s clear that this team sets a gold standard for service, and I truly believe the FRG location should be a training model for all other Atlantic FBOs. Kudos to the entire team for going above and beyond.
