This is our second trip to FXE in the last few weeks. Both times are experience has been fantasic. The people are professional and prompt. Service is excellent. The facility looks great and very clean.

The fuelers are very knowledgeable and safety minded. CSR was very kind and set me up with a place in the conference room to have my meal and even came back with a bottled water without me asking. Great staff at FXE.

Very friendly and helpful staff. But I would suggest that your cashier have cash on hand to be able to make change. Most pilots like to tip the guys or girls on the line that are there to load and unload baggage.

1st class customer service. We arrived on the ramp to be welcomed by Tajae, Stacy, and Ambo. They were so helpful, friendly, and safety and customer service driven. Attention to detail and efficient on refueling our aircraft. Same 1st class service inside!!! Tranice was so wonderful, friendly, and even provided a courtesy car with amazing restaurant recommendations! She is truly a leader, mentor, and demonstrates excellence in all she does. Thank you for another amazing Atlantic experience and we hope to be back to FXE soon!

KFXE - Line and front desk were very helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable and the pilot's lounge and private restroom were very well kept and adequate.

The staff was absolutely perfect, I’m an old timer who’s been to many, many FBO‘s for many, many years, and this place is top-notch. They try hard to make sure that everything you could want they will get for you. They even negotiated a lower fuel price, which is a huge attraction. Larry Bornemann, Falcon 900
