We pulled up to the gate on a rental car to start preflight, we put in our fuel order and all other requests over the intercom... By the time we got to the plane, within 20secs, the fuel truck and GPU were already pulling up to the plane. That was THE BEST customer service we have ever received. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
