The team was consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive from arrival through departure. Line service personnel were prompt and handled the aircraft with great care, while customer service staff ensured a smooth and efficient experience for both crew and passengers. Coordination for services such as fuel, ground handling, and crew support was seamless, and requests were handled quickly and professionally. Overall, Atlantic Aviation HNL provided outstanding customer service, strong attention to detail, and a great level of hospitality.

Jenna was excellent! Fuel was lightning fast and catering was handled perfectly, Ag was a breeze to set up and everyone - as usual- was so nice. The FBO is still awesome, shame about parking being hourly now (I know this isn't the staffs fault) but all around great experience. Look forward to seeing everyone again! Mahalo!

Tiani and all of the line service personnel working on 2/22/26 did an amazing job helping us out. We had a very tight schedule and required elevated coordination with PMX maintenance and the Atlantic team went above and beyond to help us out to meet our deadline. Lisa was amazing and extremly helpful. She made sure fuel and the GPU were in place as we arrived to the aircraft, as well as our rental car. Lisa, along with the rest of the staff were very friendly.

Atlantic HNL was the only FBO in PHNL to be able to handle and service our aircraft during their busy season. They had a crew stay seven hours after closing to handle our late arrival. Thank you fir tge great service.
