They are definitely one of the fastest FBOs we use. They respond on the radios to our requests, help us with our passengers and baggage and are very quick with the fuel truck. Definitely a great ground crew.

Timothy Alrdridge and his team at IAD did a phenomenal job in coordinating logistics for our team for the Tranquil Passport exercise. Michelle and Ricardo especially went above and beyond in all measures. We are so thankful for the flexibility the team offered and the tremendous support we recieved. Every issue was met with solutions that alleviated the stress of the moment. We are truly thankful for the consummate professionals that are a part of this team and look forward to continue to work with them in the future.

Michell and the team inside were excellent and Ricardo and the ground handling crew were outstanding with their support of the HHS/DoS Tranquil Passage exercise we conducted this week. If it were not for the team’s professionalism and “get it done” attitude the exercise would not have been the success that it was. We greatly appreciate them and all the hard work and long hours they put in to make everything work.
