Having half of your ramp and access taxiways should make for a chaotic customer experience, but amazingly it did not. The experience was just as good as it always is due to the incredibly focused work of Sonny, Hawa, Nate, Heather, Michelle, line person Michael, and the entire team. I am not sure how they held it together with a busy ramp and lobby, but they did, and with the same great service and attitude as always.

The plane was staged for us to have a speedy departure. We let Atlantic IAD know that we would be leaving early and needed to be ready as quickly as possible and they made this happen
