I wanted to take a moment to thank you very much for sending my company iPad to me. I received it this morning. You ground service for our Aircraft N465TM, us, and our passenger last sunday, 23 Feb was exceptional. You made a very difficult divert into a welcome respite from what could have been. I thank Sammy in particular for going the extra mile in shipping my iPad to me. You have made my day. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to Customer Service.
