Staff was super nice and the facility was cleaned. I asked them to give me a call if they thought that inclement weather would come through and they did so I put the plane in the hangar, which I greatly appreciated.

The staff and general manager were very friendly and helpful. I needed AA batteries for my headset and they found some to give me. The ramp agent fueled us as soon as he was available and checked with our crew to see if we needed anything else. I accidentally used the wrong payment method but Vanessa was able to correct my error without any trouble. We are grateful for awesome folks like Atlantic at IAH.
