On June 13th, we, Jonathan and David, Flew into KJAN for fuel. We walked up to the counter and was greeted very nicely by Liz. I requested fuel to tabs on N297LA. She responded by asking Low lead or Jet A. I asked for JetA- and she put that request in the system. Upon us getting ready to leave, we walked up to the plane and noticed the fuel crew putting LL fuel in our aircraft. We checked with Liz and she did put the order in correctly. The fuel crew owned up to their costly mistake
N933MS - yesterday and today at Atlantic KJAN were great. Line guys were great.. CSR's were great. Ashly double checked the rental car situation and stayed in touch with me about that. A LOT has changed since we were there last a couple of years ago maybe. Facility looks great. And thanks for the on-site lunch today. Good times! CSR's today were great.

WHEN WE GOT HERE, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. WE WERE LEFT OUT WITH OUR PASSENGERS LUGGAGE WITH NO HELP, SKIPPED OVER TWICE FOR FUELING, WHICH DELAYED US TO WAIT A STORM DOWN, WITH THAT BEING SAID, ASHLEY TURNED OUR EXPERIENCE AROUND. SHE IS THE REASON WE WILL KEEP ASKING TO COME BACK.
