I enjoyed the friendly front desk staff and Atlantic’s use/responses through FlightBridge. This makes my trip planning and communication much easier.
I did have some issues while being fueled and my Lav serviced. We gave the expected fuel load of approximately 1,600 gallons when we called in range and wee set the panel. When the truck arrived it pumped about 1,200 gallons and then ran out of fuel. To which we had to wait for the truck to be refueled or swapped out. The fueler was nice, it would have been great if the truck’s level was checked prior to hookup.
The Lav was requested and the Lav cart showed up twice but we never saw it hook up. We questioned the driver and he stated he did it already. Unfortunately, when he did dump the lave it appeared that it was in fact not dumped.
All around a good experience with the unfortunate normal FBO issues I have come to expect everywhere.
