Thank you for all that you do. Atlantic is my favorite FBO to operate from in MDW and from what I witnessed Wednesday 8/6 it is other’s as well. When we arrived your ramp was almost full and the line for fuel was long. We had to wait almost an hour and a half to refuel. Which yes, was very inconvenient however your personnel did a great job of prioritizing fueling based on departure times vs request times. As far as I could tell, no aircraft were delayed. Not having fuel adds stress to the crew but knowing it will get done in time is what really matters. Your team did a great job of communicating the order of fueling and explaining why. More trucks and staff would be helpful but the way you prioritized and communicated the high demand was very thoughtful. Thanks again for the professional service.

I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere! The line service is always ready for us when we taxi in and the front desk girls are always friendly. They are always able to give us a ride to the hotel which is always a great thing at the end of a long day.

The Ramper’s were safety oriented and very quick to get all our needs met. CSRs were friendly and also quick. Few names that helped make our experience good, but not limited to were Luis, Edgar, Adrian, Chris L, Sue, Val and Tiffany. Thank you to the entire team at MDW!
