Aircraft released from MRO very late at night. We took fuel from Atlantic OPF. Despite being a late night departure, staff was responsive to our requests, being courteous and efficient.
the friendly nature of the fbo also theyre pretty fair aboyt the fuel prices. The crew cars are kept well too, great staff! Especially Emliy at the front desk, she was nice enough to remember i needed a crew car and told me quickly about it. i do wish that teh fbo was abit more the FBO radio freq when i need help into the ramp.
Special thanks to Line Supervisor Howard for expediting my online request following a miscommunication regarding our departure time / online request.
Howard prevented a delayed departure after working with his crew to bring the aircraft to the main ramp in a very timely manner after we arrived to find the aircraft still at remote parking.
I would very much like to see Howard recognized and rewarded for his regular efforts to make our departures smooth and without complication.
As we all know, we deal with very demanding Principles who are not very tolerant of delays. Thankfully Howard helped me avoid an earful from my Boss!

I had to arrive at OPF due to the closure of FXE for the air show (I was on a training flight) to wait for FXE to resume operations. The reception staff understood my needs and helped me very kindly!
The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The provided an updated on the services already provided, without being prompted.
Then line guys were also really helpful and quick.
Great improvement over the past 12 months.
Front desk staff are always so friendly and hel[ful. In my opinion, the best atlantic to visit in the US. Yailen is always offering to help, is friendly and always smiles. She is an asset to Atlantic.
