Upon arrival the ground staff was attentive and helpful . Services were provided for a 2 days lay over . The front desk people were very friendly and polite. Amanda is always there to help and coordinate our needs.the FBO gas a very good team . Congrats.

Today on one of the hottest days ive ever seen , the one thing that was able to cool me down and assure that operations moved as neccesary from fuel to flight prep was all thanks to the great crew here on the second shift getting all the ducks in line for the show. Luanne and luigi are a star team, better than anything in the world cup going on now.

They are always on top of their game. I come in and they are already gathering all of my items (cold bags, linens, catering etc They are super nice and quick to help. Always offering to help. And this is one of our bases so I am here a lot

I would especially like to recognize Rose Pernia and Luigui Barragan, who both stood out for their outstanding customer service. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring a great experience did not go unnoticed. They consistently went above and beyond, handled every request with efficiency and a positive attitude, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Rose and team here at OPF always meet all our needs. We have been customers now for past few years and have a very good relationship with the entire team. Rose always has the team meet our needs as a 135 on demand and I can truly say we won’t go anywhere else. Service is top notch!
