I am completely sold on using Atlantic Aviation whenever possible because the communication is the best of any FBO I have used. The exception has been my last two visits to the OPF location. On the first occurrence on 3/20 everything went as expected except that my Atlantic Award points were not credited to me. That was rectified on 3/22. On my last visit, an overnight on 3/22-23, nothing worked. I provided my phone number as usual but the trip never appeared in the Atlantic app, I never received any text messages about services provided and again I was not awarded my points for an 816 Gallons delivered fuel purchase. I am not sure why this is happening. I have done contract work for other companies who take the points themselves rather than allowing the pilots to take them. This has never been the case at my company. In fact a visit to PLS location was completed with no issues whatsoever. Also, the CSRs do not appear to be trained or even understand how the app helps Atlantic provider what I normally consider as superior handling services. The fact that this appears to only happen regularly at these 2 locations (so far) leads me to believe that it is either a change in the process to make everything work or a lack of training for the CSRs. I am still loyal to Atlantic because more often than not, the communication and service provided is simply better than your competitors.
Amanda and Emily were very friendly during our time at OPF. Amanda made sure all fuel and services were taken care of and had a great suggestion for lunch! Emily even took time out of her lunch to take me and my copilot to eat down the street as there were no crew cars available. All CSR and line staff were friendly and approachable. Many thanks Atlantic OPF- keep up the good work
