I cannot thank Jackie and her team enough for the exceptional service they consistently provide during our trips. We travel with a large group, and their attention to detail ensures that everything runs smoothly every time.
Last night was a great example of their professionalism and dedication. While staging approximately 15 of our vehicles, the team noticed that I had a flat tire. Jackie quickly coordinated with our coach and kindly arranged to have the tire changed with my spare.
Our return was already delayed when our pilot initially went to the wrong airport, causing us to arrive home about an hour later than expected, around 11 PM. Knowing that my car was taken care of and that I would be able to get home without any additional stress made a significant difference.
Jackie and her team consistently go above and beyond to support our hockey program, and we are truly grateful for their commitment and outstanding service.
All the staff were excellent and went above and beyond. Prompt and safe service in cold conditions. They even let us use the crew car for our short overnight which was a huge time saver for us crew. Greatly appreciated.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional.
Line service was very attentive to the needs of the crew and plane. Did an outstanding job of putting the plane in the hangar quickly and safely and also patient with pulling the plane out the next morning.
All of your ramp.and front desk employees went above and beyond in assisting getting our plane ready for a passenger trip. When we needed the plane moved to allow for a safe access to the door because of ice, they were on it quickly. Thanks for the service.
Prompt service and good communication. Jackie was very helpful and was willing to get us a better price on fuel. It’s not typical that I see management trying to create win situations for both customers and Atlantic. Line service was there when we fired up with wing walkers standing by without us needing to ask. Again, something we are hard pressed to find anymore. Whoever trained them did a great job. Not sure if our travels will take us to Worcester again, but I’d be happy to return. This location is doing a good job!
The linemen were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful as we dealt with the difficulties associated with the adverse weather. They moved our aircraft in and out of the hangar multiple times, assisted our elderly customers into the aircraft during rain with an icy ramp, and marshalled us out in terrible weather cheerfully and without complaint!
