I was very impressed with the professionalism of the line guys - ensuring no "Hanagr Rash" is very important and having folks on the line that know what they are doing matters - tell those guys - five star job.
Michelle....she was just polite and excellent from the word go - knew exactly what she was doing - handled my check in/out quickely and effieciently.
I have been pushing metal for 40 years - she knows how to intercat with customers and the business at hand - look at her for promotion and at a minimum the ability for more authority - she is a CRS extrodianaire!!!
