It’s always nice when fbo’s respond in the FBO LINK APP - we were about an hour out and I used fbo link to contact PBI prior to arrival. Gateway wouldn’t function on our WiFi - thus I elected to use FBOLINK - I always try to contact early before we get busy in the cockpit where contacting the FBO might not be safe. Very happy that they acknowledged our requests and proves that the app works when utilized. The FBO acknowledged our requests and made the quick turn very easy.
