Mara - was very professional and followed up multiple times, which I greatly appreciated. Brokers can often have a lot on our plates with the ever-moving times, days and aircraft swaps. My client who is a friend of my family was traveling in and I really wanted to ensure that he had a great experience! Thank you to Mara and the team in PHF! I was diverted here because of an airport closure at Langley AFB. Everyone did a great job taking care of me while I waited for the base to give me further instructions. I really appreciated Mara and Shalane help and support during my time.

Shalane took a frantic call from us when we lost our radios on the taxiiway. She coordinated with ops to get us taken care of and in contact with ATC. She is the best of the best!

Everything is great with the FBO. What I don’t like is your policy of having to get $200 worth of Atlantic buck before you put it on a credit card. VERY BAD POLICY!
