Courtney. Janet andthe line guys. We were stranded with rough ebgine and they all went beyond to make sur we had everything we needed including courtesy car hotel reservations room in and out of the hanger to work Just fantastic!!! Thank you thank you!

I am not sure that my form from yesterday got completed so just wanted to write another to let you know how impressed i am with your place and your staff. Our flight out has been delayed due to a problem with the plane and Courtney has been INCREDIBLE!! Last night she went way above and beyond to get us a hotel room and today she helped us find a rental car before i could even start looking! That is what i call amazing customer service! A huge thank you for making our time here wonderful and to Courtney and her super sweet personality! We will definitely be back in the future!

Miss Janet was amazing!, We had the best adventure today visiting Colonial Williamsburg and dropping our son off for his dear friend's wedding because she allowed us to borrow the car for a bit longer. We will never forget this day and all the hospitality from the sweet people at this FBO. Thank you all... we will definitely be back and sing the prises of your sweet staff to all who will listen!,

I walked in looking for directions to the other FBO & immediately felt at home. I stayed six hours while waiting for my husband to land one of our planes @ PHF & sign four contracts: 3 tie downs: for a 172, (2) 152's & a hangared J3 Cub. Mark, the GM, Shelane, Courtney, Mora, Mo & Pete are the reason we never left. Any FBO can handle four aircraft leasing cotracts, strictly transactional, but Atlantic Aviation is exceptional, personable, professional to the gold standard. The buildimg & facilities are first class, the employees become friends in seconds. These days when nobody is accountable Atlantic Aviation is the embodiment of what companies used to be in the old days when quality & service meant something. We've been in aircraft leasing & Part 61 flight training over 25 years in six states & this is simply the best, most transparent & genuine hospitality ever experienced!

Lakes Aerospace LLC utilized the conference room facility at Atlantic Aviation (Newport News, VA) for a two-day internal training event with a team of five. The experience was excellent in all respects. The facility was clean, well-appointed, and fully prepared upon arrival. Mark and his staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and were consistently accommodating throughout the duration of our stay. Their attentiveness and follow-through contributed significantly to the success of our training. Lakes Aerospace LLC would recommend Atlantic Aviation without reservation for professional training events or corporate meetings.

Friendly employees and great service, Especially Janet at the front desk. Our compan messed up our pax rental car and she had a car waiting fot them on arrival. Also Courtney at the was awesome. The line crew also great.
