Always great customer service.
The air conditioning was not working on August 11, causing humid and uncomfortable conditions for our passengers. I spoke with line service management, and was told there was no plan to remedy it (there is no full time FBO manager currently). The OAT was only in the high 70s. They had been using a portable de-humidifier. As base customers, we respectfully request a more tenable solution.
Mara and Shalane were fantastic. They both went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. These two are some of the best and deserve recognition for their hard work.
