I’d like to provide a shoutout to front desk CSR Jackie as she has always provided unparalleled service and a genuine concern to help me every time I visit the PIT location. From the past decade or so, I’ve looked forward to her beautiful energy each time I enter the FBO, and she consistently strides to provide us will every need. She’s gone above and beyond each visit and I really wanted to share my experience with the corporate “higher ups” at Atlantic Aviation. This past week, my copilot and I handed her a Netjets Challenge Coin to recognize her excellent service. Just a small gesture of our appreciation.

CSA staff at front desk were very helpful and attentive to our needs ramp workers and fuelers were focused on the tasks needed to get us turned around. Very busy that morning and they stayed ahead of the curve.

CSR Miss Lisa noted a great job of a pilot helping another crewmember and reached out to that pilot’s company to let them know his Nobel actions. Busy here today and the team did well handling the traffic. One thing, bring back the local team banners that hang in the lobby.
